Jake Jenkins

Jake Jenkins brings over 15 years of real estate experience to HICO. Previously a top performer at Magellan Commercial Realty,  Jake  generated and closed approximately $150 million worth of land and commercial transactions. Jake now makes his primary focus representing clients dealing with TXDOT Right of Way transactions, which he has been doing since 2007.  Jake lives in Dallas with his wife, Lori and their 2 children.  He and his family are active volunteers at their church and within the DFW community.

Lance Broadway

Lance Broadway, a native Texan, was born and raised in Dallas.  Lance earned a scholarship to play baseball at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth where is was an All-American in 2005 and was eventually drafted in the 1st round of the MLB draft by the Chicago White Sox.  He went on to play 6 professional seasons.  Lance now uses the same work ethic that transferred to success on the baseball field to servicing his clients in property development, sales and condemnation representation.
